1980s Accordion Pleated Midi Skirt with Elastic Waistband from the American Collection by Cricket Lane. Feels like polyester. The front elastic waistband has one small section where the sewing has come out; this does not affect the elasticity (last photo). No size tag, but the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a Large. Please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit.
